ABOUT

I have experience working across both public and private mental health sectors where I have held clinical as well as teaching and management roles. 

​

My most extensive training has been in CBT and DBT approaches across both individual and group therapy contexts. I have also had training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, and I have a passionate interest in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy.
